The space Beautiful colonial style home that sits up on a rise overlooking the valley. Deep front and rear porches offer plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Three upstairs bedrooms: 1. King side bed /private bath /tub-shower. 2. Queen and double bed futon couch 3. Double and Twin beds 4. On the Main floor there is room with desk and work area and comfy queen bed Brand New Hot Tub Decked Rectangular 5’ Pool NO PARTIES ALLOWED - violators will be asked to leave without refund of any kind. Please keep in mind that the property is not baby proofed and so children will need to be carefully monitored.
Guest access Yes, will have the entire house and property to themselves.
Other things to note Living room fireplace is NOT for guests use. Any and all utilization of the pool or hot tub is done 100% at GUESTS RISK. Pool gate must be closed after each entry/exit. Hot cover must be closed and latched when not in use. No glass in pool or hot tub area. See detailed rules for hot tub and pool. Please do NOT use the fire pit on windy days. Quiet time is 10 pm to 6 am for consideration of our neighbors. If you put up outdoor umbrellas please put down in bad weather and when you depart. Pool remote for nighttime lights should be left on designated hook.
There will be a $100 additional Holiday Fee for all stays over major holidays ( Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July) This will be requested the week before your arrival and you will find it in your resolution tab it must be paid prior to check in.
LOCAL TIPS : Two of our favorite hikes nearby are Big Schloss in nearby Wardensville VW and Eagle Rock about 6 miles from the house and details found in our guest book. Great hikes and views! Multiple wineries and farm markets are close by. Or favorite cavern is Sheandoah Cavern in Quicksburg VA. Crystal Cavern is found nearby at Hipps Hill Historical Park in Strasburg. Our place is a great home base for this type of activity.

Country atmosphere and nice quiet neighborhood --Shenandoah Sunrise sits atop 3 acres mostly hill and dale and is on a gravel road amidst other country homes .
The home is in a great centralized location just 10 minutes from downtown Strasburg and has easy access to multiple small towns and remote areas as well as to Winchester City. Additionally it is only approximately 25 minutes from Skyline Drive and 60 minutes to Vienna metro for access to DC.
What’s nearby: Strasburg Town Park-playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, Shenandoah River Boat Ramp, River Walk
Hike to Cedar Creek from Shenandoah Sunrise—walk to Coal Mine Road, turn left on 606, pass Veatches private arboretum to Cedar Creek. About 4 miles round trip. Great running route as well—gravel road.
Eagle Rock Hike - 6 miles drive to trail, about 90 minutes hike round trip to beautiful sweeping views. Combine with visit to Star in the Valley winery.
Seven Bends State Park Woodstock —combine with visit to Muse winery. Hiking, canoe launch, picnic area.
Great North Mountain Trails-Big Schloss, Halfmoon and Laurel Run Areas.
