CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is 4pm, Check out time is 10am. We do not offer late check out or early check in as we do same day check in/out during our busy season. It is important that we give our cleaning crew the optimal amount of time to ensure the house is cleaned to the highest standard. Late checkouts will be charged $50 every 30 minutes.
Other things to note Beach Wagons, Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas may be available for your use during your stay. Any items not returned will result in the following charges: $60 for beach chairs, $200 for beach wagons, and $100 for beach umbrella.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space/neighbors with respect. Observe typical quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am.
