Streaming services include Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus, Showtime and HBO Max!
All the conveniences are included in this charming apartment. Enjoy a comfortable stay with all the modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare meals or snacks. The kitchen includes an icemaker, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), toaster and garbage disposal. The bedroom has a full closet and beautiful linens for the California King Bed. A full size sofa bed in the living room area can accommodate one additional guest. Seating is set up for both inside and outside on your own private patio.
You will have access to your own private apartment during your stay. Free parking available for guests. Visitors walk to their own apartment on a walkway that takes them to an dedicated outside stairway which leads to their entrance. To gain access to the apartment, guests use the code supplied by the host to obtain the key to the apartment.

The property is located in the middle of the Santa Monica Malibu mountain range. No residential property is located within a mile. Numerous hiking trails, as well as the famous Backbone trail, are all within a minutes drive of the property.
While visiting, it is very important to note that the property's borders include Federal and State land, so wildlife which lives in the area is abundant. For your safety, please do not approach any wild animals you may encounter.
Filtered water supplied to the property is by means of an Artesian well. This refreshing mineral rich water is regularly tested and should be used with care due to California drought conditions.
It is best to keep doors and sliders closed, as small creatures and insects may find there way into the apartment.
Each bedroom is supplied with curtains and shades: however, they are not "black-out" shades. If you require a fully darkened sleeping room, please remember to bring your sleeping mask.
Parking and Access: After you park, you will walk 50 steps on a separate sidewalk to the seventeen stairs that lead to the apartment.
The property is remote and at least 10 miles from grocery store or gas station. Please plan ahead, “gas up” and visit the grocery before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!
