Guest access The whole property is available for guest use. There is a basement, but it is locked and only used for storage.
Other things to note Pets are welcome, but are required to stay in the garage so we can maintain the highest quality accommodations.
Please let us know your pet’s name(s), age(s), and any information that you feel we should know in the comments section when making a reservation.
We do not charge any additional fees upfront but expect all guests with pets to demonstrate complete responsibility by monitoring and thoroughly cleaning up after pets both inside AND outdoors. We strongly recommend utilizing the kennel space in the garage or crating your pets if leaving them unattended in the home.
Any pet damage or excess cleaning required will, be directly billed at the rate of $35 per hour after checkout or charged against your security deposit.
We do not want to charge this, so the golden rule is to leave the house exactly as fur and damage free as you found it. Thank you in advance!
