The space L'Happy Appart is a fully equipped apartment of about 40m² in the Europole business district. It's a place designed for both productivity and relaxation, with an incomparable workspace, a comfortable room for a recuperative sleep, and everything you need to feel at home.
Its fully equipped kitchen area includes: - an oven - 4 hobs - a microwave - a fridge-freezer - a toaster - as well as all the essentials for a friendly breakfast: Nespresso, tea kettle and herbal tea.
An ergonomic workspace with a comfortable chair so you can work for several hours. A screen, keypad, mouse to make your work easier. The desk is adjustable in height so you can work standing or exercising with the stepper on site. WiFi FIBER INTERNET ultra fast 1G/s.
The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries to kick off your stay.
Extra bed 1 extra seat and umbrella bed possible upon request. Possibility of 3 separate beds if needed (notify us).
