It features a large, full y stocked kitchen with laundry nook and high top table for two, mudroom, one full and one 3/4 bath, as well as a dining room with adorable kid seating, living room, and an ample bedroom with a queen bed and a closet all on the first floor. The second story features a large ski themed bedroom with one queen and two twin beds that is great for the kids, a beautiful navy and pink sunset themed room with a queen bed as well as a desk/vanity and closet, the fourth bedroom is a cozy, warm colored beach themed room with a queen bed and a closet. There is plenty of room to spread out with the kids and pets and enjoy the beauty of the area.
Guest access The entire home is open and there is an unfinished basement where there is an extra round table and chairs should you need them.
Other things to note Winter visitors:
From October 15 through April 15th there is no street parking. The 2 car garage opens up directly into the alley that is adjacent and attached to the Krist parking lot. So, we can really only accommodate two vehicles. We can arrange for trailer or extra vehicle parking nearby at a reasonable cost.
