My home is located in a beautiful gated community with many amenities: a Championship 18-hole Golf Course, a Clubhouse with Casual and Fine Dining, 23-plus miles of Hiking Trails, 4 Lakes with fishing & water sports, Tennis, Bocce and Pickleball Courts, a Heated Swimming Pool, a Playground; Basketball and Horseshoe Courts, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills. There is also a peaceful sitting area next to the house and a short trail to a bench sitting by a running creek behind the house.
The space There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a propane fireplace heater in the sunroom. Queen beds are in the master and guest room, and a single over a double bunkbed in the third bedroom. The master bathroom has a tiled heated floor, the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and there is an additional small half bath next to the kitchen.
Parking is available in the one car garage and in the driveway.
Guest access The house is located in a quiet, secluded, and very private area of the neighborhood, nestled in the forest. A short trail behind the house leads to a bench sitting by Laurel Branch Creek. Summers are cooler in the mountains and there's so much to do in the area. You can swim, fish, kayak, SUP, and canoe on the four neighborhood lakes. There are two kayaks for your use at Ticoa Lake. There’s a playground, basketball court, horseshoes, a large dock that is fun to jump from, a shallow swimming area, and several picnic areas at Ataghti and Ticoa Lakes.
Other things to note A registration form will be emailed to you and returned to me by you with your information, and I will send it to the Admin office. Please pick up your "Welcome" packet with gate and amenity passes at Connestee’s MAIN gate, located on Hwy. 276.
