● OVERVIEW: -Please note this home was built in 1960. It has been taken care of & updated throughout the years. It's a well lived in, loved home & is a modest & cozy space.
● INTERIOR: -There is a sunken living room & a sunken back foyer area. It is only a small step up or down but could cause a trip or fall hazard for some individuals. Please be aware of this if you have difficulty walking, have small children who are learning to walk, or are traveling with heavy luggage.
-Tile flooring has normal wear & tear with visible nicks, chips & cracks in various spots throughout the home.
-Baby items are available to use free of charge. Items should be inspected by guest(s) & deemed appropriate to use after careful inspection. By using said items all guest(s) agree to hold the host, homeowners & the property on this listing harmless & free of all liability, fault or blame of using said items.
-If drains or plumbing becomes clogged guests will be charged the amount to hire a licensed plumber.
-The home is in a semi-rural area & you may encounter bugs. While the house is sprayed for insects, there is no guarantee of a bug-free environment.
● UTILITY ROOM: ▪︎ Guests are asked not to open the living room closet doors as they contain: -Water heater - Evaporative cooler (hooked up from the beginning of May - the mid October) - Central heating (hooked up from the mid October - the end of April). (Please note the heater can be bit loud when running)
● ADDITIONAL GUESTS/VISITORS: -ABQ City Ordinance states any visitors other than guests must leave the property by 10pm. Only guests on original reservation are allowed to stay in the home overnight. A guest fee will be charged for any additional guest(s) staying overnight.
● EXTERIOR: -For security & safety reasons there is a Ring floodlight camera facing the front yard, driveway, & backyard. Please do not interfere with or move the cameras in any way.
-Plenty of parking is available in the driveway. RV/camper, trailer, food truck parking space may possibly be permitted with permission of the host. ***Please note there are no hookups available. There is a $20 per nightly fe
