The space This is a 1930’s construction cottage that originally served as a seasonal summer spot. It has been renovated and can be used comfortably year-round, but you may find some quirks still within the space such as uneven flooring and cool or warm spots in the home.
Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the house, in addition to the backyard (deck and dock) and side yard (patio and firepit). Please do not use the beaches as those are for the association’s resident members only.

Since the homes are all spaced close together in the neighborhood, noise levels must be respectful at all time (ie, absolutely no loud parties or gatherings but certainly you can enjoy the home’s outdoor spaces at a respectable volume all evening…outdoor music would need to be quieted after 10pm).
