The space
Welcome to our exclusive waterfront villa, Cannon Point Estate, built in 2022 as our family home. Located on 1.5 acres along a private road with only one neighbor, it offers unrivaled seclusion and breathtaking ocean views. With 75 feet of private waterfront, you can step directly into the sea for a swim, paddle, or surf. Despite the serene setting, you’re just a five-minute flat walk from the lively beachside community of Cane Garden Bay, with its restaurants, bars, and two stunning golden beaches.
The Villa
Cannon Point Estate is thoughtfully designed by leading architects, OBMI, with a contemporary aesthetic, the villa blends clean, modern lines with the warmth of Caribbean light. Polished concrete floors and an all-white interior create an airy, elegant space, complemented by expansive sliding doors that bring the outdoors in. The double-height glazed atrium floods the home with natural light, while cooling trade winds flow through, enhancing the indoor-outdoor feel.
At the heart of the villa is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. This space opens onto a large oceanfront terrace with multiple lounge areas and outdoor dining—our favorite spot for morning coffee, sundowners, and watching the steady passage of yachts.
When the surf is up in winter and early spring, you’ll have front-row seats to world-class waves right from the terrace. And if you're lucky, you might spot a pod of dolphins playing in the bay, an event that always sparks excitement in our household!
