The space You will enter into the living area, and see the bathroom directly in front of you. Bedrooms and kitchen are down the hallway.
Back yard access is available through the master bedroom to get to trash receptacles. Backyard is not for guest use, unless discussed with owner is advance.
Guest access Free street parking is available on the same side of the street as the property. Metered parking is available on the opposite side of the street, meters active 8a-6p. There is a hospital parking lot directly across the street where guests may also park.
River front and Italian lake are beautiful walking paths in walking distance from the property.
Other things to note Host is also a licensed clinical social worker. On occasion, this space is used as a "wellness retreat" offering individual and/or small group therapy, guided meditation, yoga, as well as meal prep services...all for add-on fees.
Additionally, there is a sunporch and moderately sized back yard, available for event setup for add-on fee.
