Inspired by the values of sharing and style, I offer my skills to promote authentic, sustainable and experiential hospitality as a means of creating human relationships and with an eye always attentive to design. I want to ensure the highest level of comfort to pamper even the most discerning guests, from the oldest to the youngest, at any time of the day. I constantly and personally supervise the maintenance, cleaning and sanitization of the apartment and linen. I put my heart into the personal care of the guest from the time of booking to check-out and beyond. I am a professional who studies and undertakes every day with the primary goal of increasingly improving the quality standard of hospitality and that is why I care a lot for guests' opinions.
2) WHY DOES OUR HYGIENE AND SAFETY STANDARD DIFFER FROM OTHER HOSTS?
In my opinion, maintaining hygiene in home management is a fundamental factor that requires the utmost attention. Precisely to ensure maximum safety in terms of results, I have decided not to outsource either the cleaning of the accommodation or the cleaning of the linen, even if this involves a more onerous management both in terms of time and costs. The apartment is not cleaned hastily and superficially by different people every time, as is typical of cleaning companies, but is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with the right times by a trusted internal collaborator who knows the house well and applies our strict cleaning protocol with passion and responsibility using professional products selected by us. In addition, before each check-in, I personally carry out an additional cleaning check to verify in detail that the quality standards are met.
The house complies with all the obligations prescribed by law to ensure the safety of guests, from the fire cylinder, to the gas and carbon monoxide detector to the first aid box. I am also always available for any support in case of health needs.

3) MAXIMUM ATTENTION TO COMFORT AND DETAILS IN A PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT
The renovation of this apartment was designed with the most innovative criteria and materials to ensure maximum comfort, while the furniture was designed to create a fascinating mix between modern and antique.
All the fixtures are new and of high quality to ensure maximum protection from noise and temperature changes, so in summer the apartment does not heat up and in winter it does not cool down. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and protective iron grilles. The windows of the two bedrooms are also equipped with shutters for the night.
To ensure maximum insulation from temperature changes and noise, the renovation included a cavity of ventilated panels along all the walls and a ventilated crawl space under the entire floor.
For the flooring of all the rooms, a structured wood-effect porcelain stoneware was chosen, which gives the apartment a very warm and natural atmosphere. For the bathroom coverings, a glossy porcelain stoneware in large slabs was chosen (one black with brown veins and the other white with brown veins), comfortable white ceramic sanitary ware, elegant chrome-plated faucets and large showers with glass doors.
The water heater is gas-powered and has a maximum capacity to ensure continuous and unlimited hot water even for a large family. In the showers, we have provided thermostatic mixers to ensure maximum temperature stability even if both showers and the kitchen faucet are used at the same time.
The house is equipped with a new air conditioning system and a double heating system.
The air conditioning is exclusive to the apartment and consists of 3 powerful split units located in the two bedrooms and in the kitchen, which can therefore be used in complete autonomy.
