The space The cottage features one bedroom (two twin XL beds), with 50 in smart TV, a fully furnished kitchen with full sized appliances, including garbage disposal and ice maker. Kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oil, small appliances and cleaning products. The dining table/workspace has electrical outlets and USB ports. The living room has a 55” smart TV (streaming services with your password), dry bar with drinkware and accessories needed for mixing cocktails. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, make up remover and hair dryer provided. Other hygiene items available upon request. The laundry area has detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, iron and board provided. There is a private sundeck with string lighting and dining space off of the bedroom. Carport parking has EV charging outlet (NEMA14-30 with adaptor for NEMA14-50), no cord provided. There is plenty of space for trailer parking if needed. Family pet, a dog, is present on property, very friendly loves a pat on the head as you pass by. Must be 21 years old to book with ID at check in.

Other things to note The Cottage is a 12 minute drive to down town Dalton, GA, 5 minutes from interstate 75, 3 minutes to grocery shopping, a small discount store for basic needs and a beverage store is less than a minute away. The area features many local restaurants, representing various cultures and specialty boutiques, all within 15 minutes. There is a nice park with greenspace, a walking path, ball fields, disc golf and a pond for fishing less than 5 minutes from the cottage. There are numerous hiking and nature trails also very close by to enjoy the beauty of the north Georgia mountains.
