The space
Legal airbnb suite. A quiet, non-smoking 2 bedroom suite with one queen and one convertible queen trundle bed. Separate entrance and onsite parking. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. Living room includes a gas fireplace, 5G WIFI, Optic TV and specialty channels. The yard is a sunny, private and peaceful space with a private patio, a stove, and a BBQ.

Guest access
Separate entrance is accessed through the side gate behind the motorhome. Self check-in with a keypad lock provided 48h before check in. There are 4 stairs to enter this comfortable and quiet suite.

Other things to note
I have migraine headaches from foods with a strong fragrance. An outdoor stove and a barbacue are available for cooking food that create smoke or that have strong odors. Thank you for this consideration.

A Quiet and safe neighbourhood in the heart of N Delta. We are a 10 minute walk to to transit that will take you to the Skytrain. Transit information available upon request. As well we are close to 2 rec centers, library, the Delta Nature reserve ( 5 min drive) and the watershed (10 minute drive).
Directions:
From YVR Airport, take Highway 91 and drive over the Alex Fraser Bridge into Delta. Take the Nordel exit and travel up Nordel hill towards Surrey. Turn right onto 84th Avenue (first intersection). Turn right onto 110 Street. Turn left onto 83 Avenue. We are located at the end of the street.
From BC ferries Tsawwassen Ferries or USA: Head on highway 99 to Highway 91 towards the Alex Fraser Bridge. Turn right onto Nordel exit BEFORE the Alex Fraser Bridge. Turn right at the end of the off ramp (towards Surrey.) Travel up the Nordel hill. At 84th Avenue, turn right (first intersection). Turn right onto 110 Street. Turn left onto 83 Avenue. We are at the end of the street.
