Fully stocked kitchen with a stove and fridge. We have a separate laundry room, a pantry, and an extra fridge. It's right across from the beach public access with an upstairs deck facing the water. Pet-friendly property $200 cleaning charge for pets as I have life threatening asthma.
The space Three bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a Full and one with a full over full bunk with twin trundle. Plus there is a loft with a queen bed and a living room futon sofa.
Guest access Four parking spots.
Other things to note Construction on the levee is almost finished. Our beach entry is open! The internet connection is fiber so it's blazing fast! Cleaning fee is $250
