The guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Good bus service to Caernarfon, Criccieth, Porthmadog and the Peninsula. Cambrian railway round the coast. Easy walking distance to cafe's, gift shops, supermarkets and pubs. 15 minute walk to beach. .
The flat sits over my craft shop, where I spin, weave, felt and hold workshops.
The space
The flat is on three floors.
The ground floor has a small hall and cloakroom
The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room with sink and toilet.
The second floor has a small cupboard housing the washing machine, a dining area, a sitting room, a shower room with sink and toilet and a fitted kitchen.
Please note - the stairs are a little steeper than normal and may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
When requesting a booking through a third party, please note we will require the contact number and name of lead guest staying in the property otherwise your booking may be declined.
Please note: The top bunk is not suitable for under 6 year olds.
When booking, please could you also advise us as to how many beds need to be made up.

The flat has it's own private entrance and is available solely for the use of the booked guests.
