The space This stylish, bright 2-bedroom space is one side of a duplex. A fence surrounds the entire property, and the space features a private entrance, a back deck with al fresco dining, as well as a small shared yard. There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a king bed and the other room a Queen bed. The space comfortably accommodates 4 people and can accommodate up to 5 people by utilizing the 42" wide Sofa in the living room. An additional $40/night per person charge for more than 4 people. Please inquire regarding more than 4 people. All modern amenities are included: smart TV with access to Netflix , Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc, WiFi, washer and dryer, and fully appointed kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms have been stylishly and functionally furnished and all beds are dressed in hotel style luxurious linens designed for a great night's sleep.
We add window AC units for the bedrooms in the summer and the remaining windows (living room, bathroom, and kitchen) are best left open in summer to enjoy the typical ocean breeze. There is a mini split installed in the living room that provides AC and is the primary heat source for the unit.
This unit is in an older, nostalgic part of Encinitas and suitable for guests who are looking for a cute stylish place in an awesome location. In other words, it doesn’t have all the fancy upgrades or remodel, but is a super cute, fun place to stay in an amazing location!!
Guest access Guests have private access to the entire 2-bed, 1-bath home, which is the back unit of the duplex, as well as a private outdoor deck area for al fresco dining and access to a shared laundry room with washer dryer. One private parking driveway spot is reserved located at back of house (alleyway).
Other things to note This space is intended for use by respectful, clean, mature people and not to be used as a party space. Since we are in a neighborhood, noise levels must be maintained a respectful level and lowered after 10 pm. This is a non-smoking property.
Coffee, sugar, and some spices, oils, and condiments are provided.
*Note - The laundry room that is located at the back of the property, outside of our rental unit, is shared with the very friendly tenant who lives in the adjacent unit. The tenant accesses the laundry room by walking on the paved path that goes along the side and behind our bnb unit.
*Our cleaners clean per Covid-19 cleaning standards and guidelines.
