The space

☕️A small amount of coffee, sugar, tea, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Coles and woolworths deliver to cottage. Iga is located at pomona, short drive south of Kin kin.
🚿The bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath. With shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

Amazing hosts. The cottage was big with a gas pizza oven, beautiful large modern stove clean and a wonderful view from patio. The grassed area was great for our dog and had a stocked fire pit. External 240v power for our EV was great. Fully equipped with quality hand body washes, shampoo etc as well as many items for kitchen convenience. Felt very welcome.

The quintessential Aussie stay surrounded by trees and bush with the pond below the house.
The fire pit was a delight roasting marshmallows each night.

A beautiful view in an extremely peaceful setting. We loved having a fire by the dam and our daughters loved the local wildlife and resident chickens. Very cosy inside and nice and warm considering it was quite cool outside. The bath is stunning and was very much enjoyed. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay!

The location was fantastic. Very quiet and secluded little cottage with everything you'd need.
Very close to the local Pub (30 second drive or 2 minute walk).
Great communication from Russell and all of the instructions for entry and exit as well as guides for the house were extremely clear and easy to follow.

Russell's property is a leafy hideaway with a sprawling yard looking over a dam. There's a firepit and lots of space for the dogs to run around. A beautiful setting to wake up to. The cabin is rustic but clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and spending time in the Kin Kin. Thanks Russell!

Gorgeous little part of the world surrounded by nature and some great local drive and hikes. Accommodation has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom making it feel modern and very clean. High ceilings create a feeling of a lot of space and assists in keeping it cool (although fans and AC works well). Very comfortable bedding options (folding bed surprisingly good) and has all the basics for a good self-contained accom option at a great price. While it is further out from the typical coastal favourites of the region- it is an easy and relatively quick drive to most and worth it for value. It would also be perfect for an escape from life long weekend.

Guest access
Two bedrooms. One average size bedroom with queen bed and linen. The second bedroom is small with a single bed and linen. The lounge area has a queen pull out sofa lounge with linen available. If you have a infant there is a portable cot.
Available for self check in after 2pm. You will need to depart on last day by 10am.
Other things to note
Smoking and vapping not permitted in the cottage or on deck. Please go for a walk to smoke and dispose of butts correctly. Thankyou for not smoking.
Pet/s are ok. Please message us with what pets are coming.
There is some fencing for pets. This fencing may or may not be suitable for your pets. So for their safety and that of the farm animals and wildlife, a pet must be monitored at all times.
We prefer pets outside, thou if it is necessary for pets to be inside, this is ok. Please be considerate because we have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee. Do not allow pets on bedding/furniture. We prefer pets on balcony/deck, yard and paddock below cottage. Dogs love to hang out on the deck. You will need to bring your own pet bedding and food/water bowls.
All dog poo to be collected and disposed of.
Pets cannot be left alone without prior arrangement.
Please supervise children at all times as there is a dam and other farm hazards nearby.
All guests will familiarise their self with Noosa council code of conduct for guests behaviour.
Code of conduct for guest behaviour
1. Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining
premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided.
2. Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an
outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not:
a. detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to
noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the
vicinity of the premises; or
b. cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or
c. display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour;
yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing;
or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels
described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental
protection (noise))
3. An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent,
caravan, campervan or similar facility.
4. Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance
(including a noise nuisance).
5. General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a
waste container.
6. The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
