Welcome to Brasov! This cozy, dutch-owned condo, has the perfect mix of modern and vibrant vibe, making you feel at home when you first step through the door.
The apartment is located in the historical center of Brasov, a mere 7-10 minutes walk from Sfatului Square, and Republicii street. Lunga Street is one of the oldest streets in Brasov, surrounded by amazing 17th-century achitecture.
Free parking (first come/first served basis) is available on street or else paid sparking close by.
The space
A cozy one-bedroom condo with high ceilings.
Comfortable queen-size bed with a lovely reading corner.
Central heating is available as well as double glazing windows.
Living room with extensible ottoman (easily transforms into a single bed if needed). Ideal for couples travelling with a small child.
Spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
Terrace outside (in the courtyard) with coffee table and chairs.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Guest access
This condo has two separate rooms (a bedroom and a living room/open plan kitchen) and is fully equipped. In the courtyard, we have a terrace - just outside the bedroom window - equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ideal for the warmer months.
Free public parking is available on the street on a first come/first served basis (unassigned).
Paid street parking is located 100 meters from the condo. Parking costs are 24 lei/day (and Sunday it's free). The nearest grocery store is 100 meters from the apartment - right next to the paid parking.
The main bus stop can be found around 300 meters away (Livada Postei). This is also the place from where Bus nr. 20 towards Poiana Brasov departs. A taxi stop is there as well. Brasov Train Station is at a distance of three km (10 minutes drive / 20 minutes by bus).
Other things to note
Please let me know if there will be a third person/child so to provide extra bed linen for the extensible ottoman.
Normal check-in is any time after 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am, but if we do not have guests before or after your stay, then these times are flexible. Let me know via a message if you need a special arrangement.
