Fully furnished room with very comfortable double bed, sofa bed convertible into a double bed, huge 8 seat dining table, chest of draws, and 50 inch plasma screen.The room is situated in a huge, 160 square meters, 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and big hallway in the middle.
Each bedroom get total privacy as they are totally separated with the hallway and kitchen in the middle of the apartment. The other rooms are available here on Airbnb as well, but because of the great layout of the apartment, you may not even see the other guests.Only the bathroom is shared with maximum of two guests from the opposite room.
You will have access to fully fitted kitchen including:glasses and cupscutlery and platespans and pots (if you decide to cook)You will be able to use DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker and I will provide you with coffee and/or tea.
Clean bed linen and towels are matter of course.
Other things to note
Please note, we will ask you €3 fee if you want to use washing machine and €5 if you want to use dryer as well to simply cover detergents, softener and energy costs.
