Our 2 bedroom home offers a peaceful, cosy space to retreat and relax in. Our home is unbelievably quiet, yet a 2 minute stroll takes you to Albury’s CBD. With an enviable location, you're minutes to eateries & shops, the local cinema, Botanic Gardens & Murray River walking and cycling paths.
The space Fully equipped and bright kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven & induction cooktop.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom has 2 long single beds which can be joined to make a king size bed on request.
Our lounge room is the definition of its name. Large leather modular seating space with recliner, Smart TV, complimentary Wifi and dedicated work space in case you are travelling for business instead of pleasure.
Full modern bathroom with extra deep bath and a large shower with rain head for the most relaxing of showers.
The home has ducted heating/cooling throughout.
Guests will enjoy the entire home with a small private front garden and a larger, open space backyard at the property’s rear.
Whether your getting away for a few days with the family, or travelling for work, our centrally located home is perfect for all stays.
Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire home with a small private front garden and a larger, open space backyard at the property’s rear.
Guests can access the home through a single walk-through gate and a single automated drive through gate for vehicle access.
Other things to note The home is centrally located however traffic noise is limited due to the quieter city block and double glazed windows at the front of the home.
You will have full use of the single car space at the front of the home which is located behind the automated gate.
Whilst our home accommodates pets, they will be considered on a stay-by-stay basis. Please contact us with your pets information if you are travelling with your furry family members. Additional costs may apply.

Keys are found in the lockbox for your convenience.
