You'll find plenty of light and space in this double bedroom suitable for a single or couple. There is a shared bathroom, with large shower, that you will share with one other guest and a closet, chest of drawer, flat screen TV and super fast broadband.
The flat is light and airy. I live in a great location with plenty of access to public transport, bars and restaurants nearby.
Please note there is no kitchen access but a kettle with tea/coffee in the room.

The space This is a lovely double bedroom with a flat screen TV, wi-fi and a closet and chest of drawers on the lower ground floor of a maisonette.
The flat is extremely convenient and close to public transport with Kilburn High Road Station a 3 minute walk, both Kilburn Park and West Hampstead within 15 minutes. There are numerous buses to go into the West End, Camden Town, and West London.
I prefer quiet and very tidy people, as I am very tidy myself. ;) I am often not around as I have a very busy life with multiple jobs.
I keep the price deliberately low to provide a very clean, quiet room with lovely bathroom but no kitchen access aside from stays of a month or more.
Please note the room is on the lower ground floor of a beautiful period property which means that there are 6 steps going down for entering the property.
Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom and a shared bathroom. For the most part, the rest of the flat is off-limits. There is no cooking allowed or kitchen access except for those who stay one month or more.
During your stay I am usually available to help during your stay and mainly work from home.
Other things to note I would prefer female guests.

Kilburn is extremely convenient for getting around London. We are close to the West End but also West London such as Notting Hill. Easy access to Euston Station that is two stops from Kilburn High Road Overground and 5 minute walk from Kilburn Park Station. Loads of buses to take you all over London too.
