It's located on the main drag in the sleepy town of Markham, Tx just about 7 miles from Bay City. Host descends from local ranchers and has decorated the house in honor of the working cowboy lifestyle. Her grandfather's last actual western saddle is a part of the decor. Simple little house, cozy, tidy. Nothing too fancy. Discounts for longer stays! The space This private home is all yours during your stay: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, good-sized family room and kitchen plus an attached utility area/mud room with a washer and dryer. Neighbourhood Description

Other things to note Markham is a small town but this house is right on the main highway headed out of town. Some road noise should be expected but most is eliminated by the white noise of the house's fans and air conditioning systems.
