Large kitchen with granite and stainless steel Viking appliances. Fully stocked kitchen includes plates, bowels, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils etc..
Queen bed in bedroom. Blowup mattress and bedding inside the couch ottoman. Fold out floor mattress and bedding in closet. Pack’n’play in closet with sheet.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo and patio space.
River access behind the property.
Hiking access across the bridge behind the property.
The hot tub and sauna are under construction and we don’t know when they will be available at this point.

There is a very nice recreation center in silverthorne (about 6 minutes away) that has a pool, sauna, hot tub etc.
