Guest access
Our smart lock keyless entry system allows you to check- in easily. Guest must use their phone for access and access will be send to registered phone number only. On check-in day, you will receive your smart lock invite. Keys will not be issued.
Guests have full access to the home with the exception of a locked hallway closet where we store tools & supplies.
The home is not designed to accommodate over 4 guests. Each additional overnight guest is $90 per person/night and will be added after your initial booking.
Other things to note
No smoking allowed, no exceptions. If it is found to have been smoking in the unit you will be charged for cleaning and damages up to $850 .
We provide black towels so we ask that you use these & do not use any of the yellow or gray decorative towels . After checkout if there is anything damaged or missing including makeup stained towels or bedsheets you can be charged up to $850.
To ensure guests have a pleasant stay & our neighbors are not disturbed, this home is equipped with a Minut device, in the hallway, that monitors the environment inside the property including noise levels, temperature and motion. This home is NOT equipped with camera or audio recording devices.
