We offer a newly renovated modern getaway, with a huge front yard. Perfect for a family, 2 full bedrooms and a living room that can double for a third.
The space
After an amazing evening out on the town, come back to our cozy, relaxing living room. Kick off your shoes and enjoy some NetFlix on our 55' TV.
The home offers 2 bedrooms and the living room can double as a 3rd. The space can easily sleep 6 adults with 2 children. 8 is our max occupancy for this rental.
Our cozy and yet comfy bedrooms offer our guests to relax and feel at home with our high-end mattresses. TV in each room extra pillows and blankets for those cold nights with a cup of hot cocoa or tea on us.
Our charming updated kitchen. Natural light, for the morning coffee or tea. We provide full kitchen supplies. It is stocked with all the cooking items you may need. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, light snacks, and bottled water.
We also have a Laundry room in the home.
[[Guest has access to the whole home. The Master bedroom has a luxury queen mattress, our spare bedroom offers up to 3 levels of bunk beds (2 twins and a Full) all in memory foam]]

Laundry Room, 2 parking spots, fill the front yard, patio, and of course the full run and private access to the home.
Other things to note
There is a guest house at the back of the property.
They have a completely separate entrance and parking but we just want to ensure everyone is aware. We ask you to give them privacy as we ask them to give you the same.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We may allow up to 2 pets at a time but there will be an extra $20 per pet per night.
We do not allow aggressive breeds only due to insurance purposes. But we do love them. 50 lbs max and no breeds with excessive hair. (This covers basic additional cleaning for pets any extra cleaning or repair would be in addition.)
