Ideally situated at the South Peak entrance to Loon Mountain, our condo is also within walking distance to all of the activities in downtown Lincoln.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy, newly remodeled, 2 bedroom retreat. This sun-drenched condo offers a tranquil hotel vibe alongside quick, easy access to downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space and take in the mountain views from every room as well as the cute balcony.
If you love to ski, this location provides easy access to Loon Mountain and is a lovely place to unwind after a day on the slopes in one of 2 private jetted bathtubs. In the summer, there are countless outdoor activities to keep the kids happy and entertained. They may never want to leave the resort! We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of outdoor adventures and that is why we have stocked the home will all the essentials you need to relax, unwind and enjoy a restful night sleep.
Guest access Guests will access our condo via the resort entrance where you will get your code to access the condo. Our unit is located on the top floor. You will have a private 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story condo for your family.
Community Spaces (Shared with other resort guests) The large lounge area with views of the river which includes a ping pong table, pool table, and foosball table. Indoor pool and hot tub Outdoor Gazebo and grills Outdoor walking paths along the Pemi River
Other things to note - Please note that there is a pullout couch in the living room as one of the sleeping space, so while our home can sleep 8, it may only be ideal for 6 people.
-Although this building looks like a hotel and you use the front desk to check in, it does not operate like a hotel and the front desk is actually staffed by a property management company. Please DO NOT ask them any questions regarding our unit, please contact us instead. Also, they do not have items available for renters that a hotel may provide. They only manage the common areas, so you can ask them about the pool, exercise room and grill area. Our unit is an individual condo that is not associated with the on-site management company. We understand this can be confusing, but hope you will please treat this like it is a home and not a hotel and follow the check out instructions! We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
