The space
- Indoor entertaining areas include books, video games, ping-pong, board games, Roku TV, and a large selection of DVDs provide an indoor retreat. Various seating areas inside and out allow for breakout conversations.
Radiant in-floor heating keeps you warm and cozy in the winter months.
- Relax outside in one of the multiple outdoor living areas which include various seating/ dining options, a propane grill, hammock swings, corn-hole, washer board games and more! A separate picnic area on the property down the mountain near large rock features allows for a campground like experience!
- Chef's kitchen with gas range, double oven fully-stocked with everything you need to for the most special occasions (blender, air fryer, mixer, baking pans, and dishes etc.) is available for your cooking enjoyment. A coffee bar with a generous amount of condiments is offered for enjoying hot beverages while experiencing those beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Other things to note
Please understand that cameras are present outside the home that record video. For security purposes these are placed at various entrances to the home.
Absolutely no cameras are located inside the house.
Please note that any attempt to disable/re-aim/cover/remove the cameras or their systems will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refund.
Noise level monitors are also located on the property.

Our home is located in a remote, quiet-acreage community. There is wild life roaming throughout the area with very little traffic or noise.
- Less than 10 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and shopping in Divide or Florissant, 15 minutes to Woodland Park.
- Other nearby attractions include - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, world-class fishing in the Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile State Park, Mueller State Park, Cripple Creek Casinos, ATV& Jeeping trails.
- Ski Resorts nearby including Breckenridge, Keystone, Monarch, Ski Cooper, Copper, Loveland and Vail are all 2 hours or less drive from our house!

Guests will have a variety of parking spaces available. During snow season we recommend parking near the front door of the house on the level parking area. All wheel drive/ 4 wheel drive are required during snow seasons due to the constant possibility of snow and steep grades and I recommended all year round. The driveway will be plowed for storms of 2" or greater. No cancellations for weather.
