The space
Very nice renovated apartment near the "Deutsches Herzzentrum", University Hospital Campus Charité and the University BEUTH in the former working class district Wedding which is today's Mitte.
The apartment has one big living room with balcony and one bedroom, each with a bed, one fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
It is located on the third floor of the front-facing house built in 1905 with high ceilings and partially preserved stucco.
Available sleeping options:
in the bedroom, one queen-size bed (160x200) with cold foam mattress hardness 3,
in the living room, one queen-size sofa bed (160x200) with latex futon hardness 2.
The apartment is furnished for up to four people with tableware and cutlery.
We also provide toilet paper, detergent and bin bags in the apartment.
Beds are covered with fresh bed sheets and there are two towels for each guest to use.
Free parking lots are available, should it be required.
Other things to note
During winter, please heat in an environmentally friendly way, turning down the heater while you are away.
