LOCATION: -located in Sevierville -1 mile to Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo -close to Dollywood, the Outlets, downtown Sevierville and Pigeon Forge -4 miles to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg airport -20 miles to Gatlinburg -close to Douglas Lake and Marina Our cabin is pet friendly. There is an extra pet charge for $85. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including picking up pet poo from the yard. Guest access Must be 21 years of age or oder to book the cabin. Earliest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (**IF CHECKING IN ON A SUNDAY- CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 p.m.**) Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please place all garbage bags in the box on the front porch and be sure to latch it to keep all animals out. On checkout: Place all used towels in the master bath tub. Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Lock all doors and close windows. Make sure the stove and fireplace are turned off. Other things to note This cabin was previously named Ole Smoky Rodeo Luxury Cabin. We have recently purchased this cabin; therefore, it is under new management.
