This is a basement apartment with comfortable beds in each bedroom. You can park one car on the side of the house.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the basement unit of the house and also the backyard.
Other things to note
• NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We ask that noise level be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding!
• NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS - $50 Fee Per Guest not on reservation
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON OR IN THE PROPERTY: $500 Fee
• Evidence of pets of ANY kind on the property WITHOUT our approval: $250 Fee
• Late checkout past 10am: $150 Fee
• Excessive cleaning after checkout: $100 Fee
• Left items needing mailed: Shipping cost + $20 Service Fee
• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
• We provide complementary starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. If extra supplies are required during your stay, they can be provided for an extra fee.
• This unit is in a duplex house. Please be aware that there might be potential noise coming from the other unit.
• This is a basement apartment with upstairs tenants and the thermostat is controlled upstairs. Space heaters and fans are provided.
• Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
• Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to additional questions as part of our screening process before a reservation may be confirmed.
