This newly constructed house has been designed for entertaining & to make family memories at the beach. There are so many wonderful things about this property, but the best has to be the amazing views and sunsets.
Enjoy a long walk down the beach or set up for a relaxing day on our 89 feet of private frontage on Lake Michigan. It is a little slice of heaven. Whatever your needs are, they will be met here in this retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
The space The space Relax & kick back in more than 4,600sq ft of living space! There is plenty of space to hang out outdoors with a large deck with table, chairs and a sectional. Firepit below on the sand with a patio and outdoor shower.
The inside offers a large kitchen & island with stainless steel appliances and lots of storage. Kitchen is also fully stocked with a blender, Tea & Coffee Maker, toaster & toaster oven, microwave, baking dishes of all sizes, mixing bowls, cutting boards, steak knives, wine glasses, and an ice-machine & the list goes on.
The main floor offers a living, dining room and a sunroom. In the back entry you will find a half bath, boot bench area & the laundry room. The primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and a bathroom with heated floors & a walk-in tiled shower finishes out the main floor.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The largest room is our bunk room (even though there are no bunks:) We have 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds with trundles. That room has a bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower & toilet room. There is a loft outside the bunk room with a tv in case someone can't sleep. The other two rooms have high ceilings with tong and groove whitewashed wood and both have a queen bed & closets. The one towards the lake has the best view in the house and a desk if someone needs a quiet space to work. These two bedrooms share a bath with 2 sinks and another room with a tub/shower & toilet.
The walkout basement is a dream for lounging. The sectional is a great spot to enjoy a movie night. This cozy space has a pool table, round game table, bedroom number 5 with a queen bed and the final bathroom with a tile walk-in shower.
During the winter months feel free to cozy up to our fireplace or snuggle up with one of the fuzzy blankets provided. We also have a collection of board games & puzzles after you get back from watching the sunset. The TV has a variety of apps to stream your favorite movies or shows including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more.
Lastly, we have all the beach amenities you might need including 4 beach/lounge chairs, 8 plastic Adirondack chairs for the beach, we have tubes to float in the lake or take down the channel from Stoney Lake, 2 paddle boards and 4 boogie boards, beach umbrella, as well as beach towels. In addition to that our garage has space for two cars and our driveway can fit 4 more if necessary.
This is a non-smoking, no-pet vacation home. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests.
