The space A remodeled 19th century first floor unit of a triplex in the heart of the Ohio City neighborhood adjacent to downtown Cleveland.
Note: This is the first floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the front porch and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. Since there are multiple units in this building, there is always potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.
*Please ensure that the proper guest count is included when making your reservation. Guests not included on the reservation are prohibited unless approved by the host!*
**Guests who are not respectful of the quiet hours (11PM-7AM) with loud and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave without refund. Parties nor large gatherings are ABSOLUTELY not allowed. If you are trying to have a party, the cops will be called. We respect our neighbors and the guests in the other unit and do not want to bother them.**
