The home is conveniently located 10 minutes north of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, is just .4 miles from the water, close to popular pubs and restaurants, and a quick 15-20 minute ride into downtown Seattle.
The space
The owners of this space work in the beer & spirits industries and have a passion for hospitality experiences. Their vision for this space was a unique mid-century, spirits & cocktail inspired dreamscape.
This space includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen, laundry room, living room with a pullout couch, dining area, cocktail bar, and a very unique 1960's bomb shelter turned speakeasy! Perfect for a group of adults looking to explore the city, get out into the beautiful woods & mountains of the northwest, or have a unique ski & soak experience close to both the ski resorts and the city.
We are dog lovers, who encourage you to bring your pup along with you on your trip! This space has a shared back yard, where the owner’s two Aussie Doodles play for most of the day. If you do bring your dog, please do not let them out in the yard if our dogs are out there unless they are friendly and well-behaved with other pups.
Also, please do not leave your dog unattended in the yard. There is a $50/dog cleaning fee for every dog. We love your pups but deeper cleans are required after every dog stay.

There is a private driveway which leads to a separate entrance.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
This unit is located on the bottom floor of the owner’s home. The owners live on the top floor year round, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels. The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area as well as the hot tub are shared. There are two hypoallergenic dogs that live on the top floor and spend a lot of time in the yard.
