Open floor plan with tons of light. Breakfast and pantry items to start your day! Guest access Entire unit Other things to note Nespresso and French Press Local Coffee. Guidebooks, reading material, hiking descriptions and recommendations provided in the unit. Being near the water puts us near the freeway and railroad tracks. This complex has great insulation and we provide ear plugs if desired. The view is louder than anything! Guests have never had an issue. Shared seasonal pool, gym and hot tub. Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults, No Smoking on property, no pets in rental units. Shared carport spaces are a bit narrow, so larger cars and trucks may be parked in open spaces in the west lot.
