Welcome to our tiny cabin, nestled in the woods next to Lake Hartwell. With 600ft2 inside, we maximized the outdoors, adding an additional 600ft2 of natural living space. Everything is brand new, from the deck to the dishes. Behind the cabin is a small creek, which feeds into Lake Hartwell less than a quarter mile away. The quaint wooden exterior has a small front porch with a hanging macramé swing. As you enter the cabin, the open floor plan allows you to see every corner of the space. Although the footprint is small, the 18ft ceilings and architectural beams make the cabin feel open and bright, while the wood paneling and custom wooden door bring cozy cabin warmth. The living area is situated at the front of the tinyhome, with two power-reclining leather sofas, a 70” smart tv, and a daybed, which opens into a king-sized bed. Towards the back of the cabin is a kitchen with marble countertops and brand new appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials, including a Keurig K-cup and loose ground dual coffee maker, air-fryer, toaster oven, blender, and electric kettle. The kitchen also features a live-edge console table, with an iCade arcade simulator. The iCade with iPad mini uses a joystick and retro buttons to play arcade games: Vectrex, Spectaculator, Phoenix, Speedrun, & Velocispider. Additional arcade games are loaded onto the iPad: PacMan, Frogger, DigDug, etc. The main floor also has a washer/dryer combination, full bathroom, and glass patio doors onto a multi-story deck. A spiral staircase (*21” wide steps, 300lb weight capacity*) takes you to the lofted bedroom, which features a king-sized memory foam mattress, hand painted tree mural, and private balcony, with a hanging egg chair and a bistro set for 2. The main deck boasts a 55” smart tv, daybed with sunshade, dining set for 4, and a dual-fuel gas and charcoal grill, so you can choose your preferred cooking method. A staircase takes you to a hot tub deck, with a 4-person inflatable hot tub. The hot tub deck has a granite bar top and custom bench, to maximize enjoyment. All 3 stories of decking are shrouded in trees, providing privacy and tranquility, as well as solar tiki torches that provide ambiance and bug deterrent. At the base of the deck stairs is a fire pit, surrounded by seating, perfect for s’mores while overlooking the creek. Both the indoor and outdoor TVs have Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Sling. The tinyhome has parking for multiple cars, as well as a boat trailer. There is a community dock with a swimming area about 2 miles away, as well as picnic tables, a gazebo, and several fishing holes. There are multiple games: Monopoly, checkers, chess, cards, darts, and outdoor cornhole. This cabin is perfect for those wanting to explore nature while enjoying modern amenities.
