The space
Renovated in May 2018, the apartment is large, and bright with an appointed design. It is equipped with all comforts. There are no keys but only codes to open and close so you will be totally independent. The apartment is composed as follows: large living room with air conditioning, double sofa bed, smart TV, table up to 12 seats with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Four double rooms with large windows overlooking the balcony and the internal courtyard.
A double bedroom has a folding bed that can be used as a single one. A second folding bed is located in the second bedroom. There is air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower, in the third bathroom there is an elegant bathtub.

Other things to note
Upon arrival we will ask you to pay in cash the Rome Tourism Tax that is € 3.50 per person per night, the documents of all guests for the communication to the italian police. Late check-in after 9pm has an extra cost of 50€.
If available, check-in after midnight costs 100€.
Both to pay cash on arrival.
