Southern Serenity at Smith Lake is located in the beautiful William Bankhead National Forest. Our home (Established in 2020) is a secluded, private retreat with 110' of usable waterfront. We offer a private swim pier and boat access (seasonal water spring through summer.) We offer two Jackson kayaks for your use. The property itself is one acre. We offer a three bedroom two bathroom home. We offer on site parking, with plenty of room for multiple vehicles and boat parking.

The space
Southern Serenity sits on one acre of land nestled on a very secluded cove of Smith Lake. It is very quiet and peaceful. The deck lights, Tiki torches and bug zippers make for a fun filled relaxing evening sitting under the covered deck overlooking the cove.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home and property to use.
Other things to note
We offer two Jackson Kayaks a 10' Jon boat with paddles. floating Lilly pad, Six fishing poles, and fully stocked tackle box for your use. Check pics for details. Also, we do NOT have a boat slip or launch from our property. You will need to put in or launch from the public launch at Lakeshore Marina or the Corinth Rec Cntr and drive to our property approximately 7 minutes. Then, you will be able to tie off onto our pier.

Southern Serenity is located very much off the beaten path. Our secluded cove is only one of three homes on the cove. There are about 43 lake homes in the area spread out over a few hundred acres. It is very quiet and peaceful.
Getting around
Obviously your personal vehicle is the best mode of transportation but you are also welcome to bring fourwheelers, gold carts etc. We just ask to not ride them in our yard to avoid tearing up the grass.
