'Brier Beach House' is a ground level home spread across two buildings (the main cottage and a large studio) offering space, natural light and flow.
The cottage offers an open plan sitting room/dining/kitchen. Stone bench tops, quality appliances and finishes including complimentary condiments. We offer free WIFI and a smart TV with access to multiple channels for a relaxing movie at the end of a busy day!. The entire property has ceiling fans and AC. The cottage houses a master bedroom with a plush king bed, a queen bedroom and a twin single bedroom. These rooms share the main bathroom which features a large shower, sink, and separate toilet. The laundry is also located within the cottage. Equipped with washer/dryer/ironing facilities (washing powder included). The seperate studio with a double bedroom and another twin single bedroom, brings the tropical garden inside with every window looking out onto the garden. Feel free to pick a lemon or two and utilise the herbs from the garden. Another bathroom and a huge studio lounge.
With a fully fenced and secure garden, children and pets are welcomed and encouraged. We have garden games for everyone to enjoy (including a SpringFree trampoline for the little-ones).
Rinse off at the end of a day on the beach with our hot/cold outdoor shower nestled within our the olive grove. Enjoy a swing under the lemon tree or relax on the front verandah with a glass of wine! Many outdoor spots to enjoy.
Linen: We use quality linen and towels and provide complimentary shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. You will have access to the entire home inside and out for your stay. Rooms will be made up according to guest numbers, if you would like access to all rooms please book for 10 guests. There is additional space for 2 extra people on the pullout sofa bed in the beach house (at an additional charge of $50 per person per night). Please note this property accommodates a max of 12 people. No other day guests are allowed. Please meet up outside if you are wishing to have a larger gathering. There is ample parking in the driveway and free parking on the street. You will be sent check-in details before your arrival.
There is a guest shed with complimentary bikes, helmets, locks, beach equipment for your use. We have created a House Manual with lots of useful information in it to help you whilst you are staying at our home, it will be located on the welcome board as you enter. If you can't find the information you need in there, please do not hesitate to contact us.
