This listing gives you access to the main cottage and all outside areas for 6 guests. There is additional space for 2 extra people on the pullout sofa bed (at an additional charge of $50 per person per night). The Beach Cottage offers an open plan sitting room/dining/kitchen. Fully equiped kitchen, quality appliances and finishes including complimentary condiments. We offer free Wifi and a smart TV to watch a movie in our cool AC'd lounge after a hot day at the beach. All bedrooms are AC'd and have fans. With a plush king bed, queen bed and a spacious twin with two single beds, your family will feel home from home. Bathroom, separate toilet and laundry facilities including all essential toiletries to make your stay comfortable and easy. You'll find at the heart of our property the covered mediterranean inspired deck with it's beautiful wisteria vines overhead, providing an entertainers delight with bbq facilities and dining for the whole family. The fully fenced garden with white picket fence keeps everyone safe with plenty of space to run around and enjoy our garden games. We welcome all the family, including children and pets - so everyone can come away for a break! NB. This listing is a portion of our entire property. If you require more space please let us know as we can accommodate up to 12ppl with our seperate studio that has two extra bedrooms and a huge seperate lounge and bathroom. Guest access You will have sole access to the property during your stay (there is additional space for 4 extra people and a second lounge for larger groups should you require it under a seperate listing - message for more info). Please note this listing accommodates 6 people in bedrooms and 2 extra people on a pull-out sofa bed. There is ample parking in the driveway and free parking on the street. You will be sent check-in details before your arrival. There is a guest shed with complimentary bikes, helmets, locks, beach equipment for your use. We have created a House Manual with lots of useful information in it to help you whilst you are staying at our home, it will be located on the welcome board. If you can't find the information you need in there, please do not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note Linen: We use quality linen and towels and we include complimentary shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion, washing powder, toilet rolls and a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and other condiments. You will need to provide further supplies. We do not offer breakfast.

Golden Beach, Queensland, Australia Golden beach is great for young families as it offers a picturesque protected beach area to swim even when the open coastal conditions are a bit wild! Hire a small sailing boat, motor boat, kayak or windsurfer and cruise the calm waters within Pumicestone passage. You can even swim or wade over to the exposed sand banks at low tide to visit the teams of blue soldier crabs scurrying about... its amazing! Golden Beach is a tranquil oasis, not as built up as other beaches further North on the Sunshine Coast and great for exploring but still close to so many attractions and facilities. Close to Australia Zoo, Go-Karting, Hinterlands and much more... If it's surf that you're after, Golden beach is just minutes away from Bulcock & Kings beaches. We love to ride our bikes there (complimentary to all our guests) but there's plenty of parking if you prefer to take the 5 minute car drive. Our favourite ice-cream shop can be found on Bulcock beachfront - all this information and more can be found in our House Manual when you book in. Interested in Aviation?
