As frequent visitors to and residents of South Florida know, we share our outdoor spaces with all kinds of cute lizards, geckos, parrots and even iguanas! Expect to deal with the occasional pesky mosquito and other insects as well. We treat our unit for pests monthly and the home is professionally cleaned between each and every guest visit. While rare and infrequent, it is possible that a South Florida critter may find its way into the home or follow you through an open door.
