Other things to note Each apartment has one numbered parking space provided at the front of the property. The unit has two wall AC units. You can control the temperatures on each of them separately. While we treat our unit for pests monthly, this is South Florida and this is an older home that was built in the 60s. Outdoor creatures occasionally find their way indoors — especially if you leave doors open.
