Guest access
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay, with keyless entry. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles (no RV parking) - one in the garage and one in the driveway. Please note that the HOA does not allow street parking, except for very limited circumstances - which do not apply to our vacation renters. This is due to the narrow streets and the need for emergency and service vehicles to have access to all houses.
Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am. There is one step from the entrance gate to the front door. From the front door entrance into the living room/great room, there is one step down. Please watch your step.
Pool maintenance takes place at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Landscaping and pest control take place at least once a month, usually mid month. Maintenance has access to the property.
