The space
This 1900sf desert sanctuary has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set in a large, fully walled in lot, with a covered patio and private pool (not heated) and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house also features tile flooring, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large open living room and dining room area with vaulted ceilings and a wet bar, washer/dryer, and 2 full sized bathrooms with walk in showers and 1 free standing tub. Lime plaster paint used throughout is all natural, hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial, and anti-viral.
Also included in the house is a Tesla car charger, high speed internet, smart lights, and 3 smart TVs with subscriptions to Hulu Live and Disney Plus. Please note that we don't offer cable TV, but Hulu Live gives you access to live local news and sports. If you have cable at home or have access to other subscriptions, it is likely you can access every network you have available at home by downloading the applicable app on the Smart TV and signing in with your credentials.
