There is a large outdoor dining/playing area with a beautiful view. It also has a pond with ducks. Guests are free to roam around the paddock however, please close the gates behind you. All locked spaces are not for guest access. Other things to note - There is a small pond in the paddock on the back, it can get a bit muddy after the rain. - Please try to not bring dirt into the house after exploring. - Please keep the BBQ clean for the next guest, an extra service fee may apply if our cleaners found the BBQ is left dirty. - Feel free to use the bath in the ensuite however, the pump for the jets has stopped working and we are working on a replacement. - Please keep in mind that due to the rural location of the property, the NBN internet is connected through satellites, and it may behave a little differently to a fibre to curb service that you are used to.
