The space
Charming Queen Bed efficiency attached to the main house with private entry, original hardwood floors, efficiency kitchen with electric pan, toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave, coffee maker, and under-counter French door fridge/freezer. Comfortable memory foam Queen Bed with 100% cotton, high-quality linens, down duvet, extra pillows. Antique claw foot tub shower in nice sized full bathroom.
Streaming television, YouTube TV, Netflix, DVD player, movies and 1 gig fiber wifi Internet.
Central AC, table top fan, and space heater if needed for additional comfort. There is a private side entrance through a gate along side the home.
Guest access
The efficiency is all yours with private access through a gated entry along the side of the house.
Other things to note
This is an efficiency attached to the main house, you have your own private entrance. The main home is also an airbnb (The Urban Aerie) you may hear guests if it is booked.
*The central AC is for the whole property, we do our best to make sure guests staying in the efficiency and main house are comfortable, typically set at 75.
*Parking is free on-street.
*We do not allow USPS mail sent to the house, all mail goes to our PO Box and we are not always available to check it.
*Only Registered Guests Allowed!
*For longer-term guests, we will host only 1 person.

My favorite thing is the convenience of in-town accessibility with a suburban feel! I love all the birds, how quiet it is, the bike pathway, and how close we are to downtown, midtown and HWY 20. Our street is multicultural consisting of mostly families, kids, new homeowners, and retired seniors who grew up here.
Mozley Park is a historical neighborhood only 1.5 miles to downtown ATL attractions, CNN, Cent Olympic Park, Aquarium, GWCC, and more. We are a "Beltline Neighborhood" that has become quite a hot spot to move to. A five minute walk North on the Beltine path you will find Washington Park with tennis courts. About 1.5 miles South Lee & White Brewery District with Monday Night Garage (sour beer), Wild Heaven, Best End Brewing, & AW Whiskey Distillery. Restaurants- Boxcar at Hops City , Lean Draft House, and the Golda Kombucha Taproom
This is a residential neighborhood, the closest restaurants are Lean Draft House, Xaxbys, Busy Bee Cafe, quite a few fast-food places and grocery stores Kroger 1 1/2 mile on the Beltline, & Walmart is 1/2 mile down MLK
You will need a car, ride-share, or metro to get around.
Getting around
Uber and Lyft are convenient if you don’t have a car! The Ashby metro station is 3/4 mile from the house, a bus stop is less than a block away. Hwy 20 entrance 1/2 mile.
*Few people find the walk to the Metro uncomfortable, this is a matter of individual perception. Please be prepared to Uber if your are not comfortable
