This Lovely Lakefront House is located on Lake Marble Falls, allowing more relaxed afternoons, waterfront views, and a relaxing spot to enjoy the lake. The "Friendly Cottonwood Shores " town is filled with deer, ducks, geese, and even turkeys. This is perfect for an early morning or late afternoon stroll. The space Sleeps 12 This Cozy house has an open-concept floor plan with a large living room, two dining areas, and bedrooms. The house was built on 1.4-acre land, which gives a large space in the front yard to park several cars and boats. You can also enjoy walking and doing lots of activities and games in the large backyard and have a pleasant and relaxing time by the lakeside. House and Bedroom configuration: Room 1: One king bed and a bed sofa with a full privet bathroom Room 2: 4 bunk beds/ one twin over twin and one full over full +a sofa bed Room 3: A queen bed with a loveseat *Rooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom Guest access The guests have access to the entire house, front, and backyard. There are two covered parking areas, each of which can fit two cars or a boat. The house is right next to the public ramp boat. Other things to note LCRA has temporarily lowered Lake Marble Falls. The drawdown will help accommodate work on Starcke Dam. Due to some maintenance on the Starcke Dam, Lake Marble Falls's water level has been lowered a few feet. However you can not boat there at this time, but it's still a great place for kayaking, fishing, walking in the shallow water, and finding nice shells and marble stones.
