There are 2 separate bathrooms in the apartment. Bathroom 1 is attached with the master bedroom and Bathroom 2 has walk-in access from bedroom 2 and is next door to bedroom 3 and the lounge area. Both bathrooms have a walk-in hot/cold rain shower, sink, and toilet.
Living area
The living and dining area has a large table with 6 chairs, sofa, security cam, coffee table, hi-fi music system and Flat screen LED Cable TV with TataSky.
Sofa bed or couch, ideal for 1 adult or 2 kids.
Kitchen
Fully equipped fridge, microwave oven, PNG gas connection, stove/induction cooker, electric kettle, Tea/Coffee machine, and toaster. There's also plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and tableware.
For your arrival, we provide a welcome pack with a large mineral water bottle, fruits, tea bags & coffee sachets.
Check-in
The host or caretaker will welcome you personally upon arrival, 24/7.
Personal Driver
It is possible to hire Car and Driver for the day. Cost per day is ₹3000/- for 6 seater cars and ₹2500/- for 2-4 seater cars for 8 hours and/or 80kms.
Security
Vishwas Nagar is the heart of North East-Delhi and is one of the safest colonies with semi and modern houses inhabited by teachers, traders, businessmen, engineers, judges, lawyers, doctors, and other people of the semi-modern society.
The house has a set of steel gates which get locked at 11 pm and then there is another wooden door which leads to the staircase and lifts area.
This wooden door is controlled through an automatic door phone operated on all floors. There is also CCTV for security facing the main apartment/staircase entrance.
Smoking
Smoking allowed in the living room, front sofa bedroom, or in the back balcony.
Other
The apartment is equipped with a first aid box and a general-purpose fire extinguisher.
Guest access
You have full unshared unrestricted access to the living room, kitchen beside the 4 Bed Rooms with 2 of them have attached bathrooms.
We have four identical apartments in the same building each located on one independent Floor exactly one above another. There is no restricted space. The lift is used by guests of ALL apartments in the building- it is a common lift.
The other apartments such as either of the upper ground, first, second or third floor would most likely be booked by some guests on the days of your booking. The space inside one of the apartments will available for you entirely.
You may use the rear balcony for enjoying the smoke (Statutory Warning - Smoking is injurious to health).
