Welcome to our Beautiful and Relaxing Lake Front Home. Whether your here for the weekend or a weeklong stay, you will undoubtably enjoy the peacefulness of being right on the lake. Spend your days fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boating. Settle in for the evening around a cozy lakeside fire or relax in our lake side hot tub. Our lake house is not intended to be a party house. We do not tolerate guests that don’t respect the community rules and neighbors.
The space
Our spacious fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make and prepare meals at home. All appliances and laundry facilities are brand new.
Bedroom 1: (Main Level) 1 Queen bed
Master Bedroom 2: (Main Level) 1 King bed with on suite bathroom with walk in shower
Bedroom 3: (Lower Level) 2 Queen Beds.
Bedroom 4: (Lower Level) 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 5: (Lower Level) 1 King bed
(Lower Level) 1 pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the family room
Smart TVs in every bedroom room, including first floor living room and lower-level family room.
High speed internet.
Kitchen: fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, knives, utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, blender, coffee pot & Keurig, etc...
Laundry: washer/dryer located on main level of house.
Central Heat and Air.
Gas Fire Pit and Wood Fire Pit in back yard.
2 Hard Kayaks, 1 Canoe, and Paddle Boat
Fishing Poles are provided. - will need PA fishing license- can buy at local Walmart or online with PA Fish & Game website
No smoking indoors, please don't throw your cigarette butts in the yard.
Please no shoes inside the house as it's mostly carpeted.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, hot tub, and private dock.
Other things to note...
From week of Memorial Day to Labor Day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available.
Excellent location for week-long family or friend's vacations with lots of local and nearby attractions, excursions and restaurants. We are a 5-minute drive from downtown DuBois where you can find grocery stores, restaurants and stores for your basic shopping needs.
The concrete driveway and upper parking area can accommodate up to 5 cars. Enjoy contact free check in with our key-code enabled entry device. The driveway is slightly sloped.
We supply a starter pack consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dish soap, new dish sponge, hand soap for each bathroom, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and laundry detergent. If you run out of these supplies during your stay, it would be your responsibility to purchase additional items.
A signed rental agreement is required to book. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum 12 guests at all times. All names on the guest list must be provided to gain access to the property as this is a semi-private gated community. We reserve the right to request a copy of ID. Minimum age for person renting is 25. Check in is 4PM, Check out is 11AM.
