The space
Loft-style apartment with a king-sized bed and a queen-size pull-out couch that can accommodate up to 2 more guests. Fee per extra guest is $25 per night. If an extra guest is coming, it has to be informed prior check-in and paid in advance.
Other things to note
During the period of FEBRUARY 20 to MARCH 31, 2023 the elevator will be under renovation process and will not be able to be used. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
A discount of $50 per night will be granted for every day the elevator is not working. Be aware of this before booking.

The location of the building is prime. Right across the building is The Marriot Hotel and Casino, in the commercial area in the first floor in the building you can buy excellent Chinese food and Sushi, couple of steps to the west you’ll find a Starbucks and D”Zuchero which I recommend for brunch and their pizza is great! Little steps forward is Walgreens and CVS and all the strip line of restaurants and bars, La Concha Hotel, and many more. You can rent a scooter right in front of the building, and even go to Old San Juan…it’s super fun! Nearby you have the Condado Lagoon where you can rent paddle boards and kayaks. You won’t regret staying at my place!!

Most of the good places to go in Condado are within walk distance of the building. Even La Placita which I always recommend you to visit is 10 minute's walk. To go to Old San Juan you can go with Uber but also with a scooter, you can rent at any corner. Parking is free.
